PRIVACY POLICY

1.1 We – DBG Digital Energy Co., Ltd. (“DBGEV”) recognize the importance of protecting personal information (“Information”) and are committed to respecting the privacy of users who access and use our applications, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) aims to provide transparency regarding the collection, use, sharing, and protection of Customer Information, including: purposes of collection; scope and methods of collection; scope of use; parties with access; data retention period; third-party links; confidentiality commitments; customer rights and responsibilities; and contact methods.
1.2 This Policy applies when the Customer downloads the eFast Charge application and uses the Services provided therein. By downloading and using the eFast Charge app developed by DBGEV, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to and be bound by the terms set out in this Policy (including any updates or amendments made from time to time).
1.3 This Policy applies to all Services provided by DBGEV. However, DBGEV reserves the right to supplement or modify the contents of this Policy for specific Services as necessary, depending on their nature.
1.4 DBGEV reserves the right to amend this Policy based on actual circumstances without prior notice or consent from the Customer. Upon any update, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. Therefore, Customers are advised to regularly review the Policy to stay informed of its latest content prior to using the Services.
DBGEV collects Customer Information for the following purposes:

DBGEV may collect Customer Information through the following means:

DBGEV may combine data collected from multiple sources to complete customer profiles and serve the purposes outlined in this Policy. Customers have the right to amend their personal information as provided in Section 10.1 of this Policy.
Information collected from Customers is used internally within DBGEV and/or shared with partners (e.g., charging station partners, franchisees) to serve the purposes stated in Section II of this Policy.

6.2 In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, dissolution, or bankruptcy, Customer Information may be transferred to the successor entity to ensure continued Service provision.
6.3 DBGEV may disclose Information to third parties or competent state authorities as required by law or to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Customer and DBGEV.
6.4 Information may also be shared with third parties upon the Customer’s explicit consent.
DBGEV retains Customer Information for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this Policy, unless otherwise required by law.
8.1 Certain content, advertisements, and features on DBGEV’s application may be provided by third parties, with or without affiliation to DBGEV. These third parties may collect or receive certain information about Customers’ use of the Services, including through the use of cookies, beacons, and similar technologies. This information may be collected over time and combined with data from various other apps and online services.
8.2 If the Customer connects with social networking services, DBGEV may receive and store authentication information from those services, allowing login functionality and access to other permitted information.
8.3 By accessing and/or using DBGEV’s Services, the Customer consents to the use of cookies, beacons, and other local storage technologies. The Customer also consents to DBGEV and the aforementioned third parties accessing and using such technologies.
8.4 As noted, DBGEV’s Services may contain links to third-party websites and applications not operated or controlled by DBGEV. Therefore, DBGEV shall not be held responsible for the security or confidentiality of any Information collected by such third parties outside of DBGEV’s platform. Customers are advised to review the privacy policies of those third-party services carefully before use.
9.1 DBGEV is committed to protecting Customer Information in accordance with the provisions set out in this Policy and applicable laws.
9.2 DBGEV implements appropriate technical measures and security protocols to safeguard Customer Information. However, it should be noted that no system, platform, or Internet transmission is entirely secure. Therefore, DBGEV cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of all Information provided and shall not be liable for unauthorized access or data breaches not caused by DBGEV’s fault. If the Customer does not agree with the terms outlined herein, DBGEV recommends not providing any Information.
X. CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
10.1. Customer Rights
Customers are entitled to the protection of their rights and privacy in relation to their Personal Information, in accordance with the commitments outlined in this Policy.
Customers have the right to access their Personal Information and may edit, update, or supplement such information to ensure its accuracy.
Customers have the right to delete their Personal Information or request DBGEV to cease using such information for marketing purposes by submitting a request through the relevant features available on the application.
If Customers no longer wish to receive advertising or promotional communications from DBGEV, they may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided at the end of each communication.
10.2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing this Policy prior to accessing or using DBGEV’s Services. The use of the Services shall be deemed as acceptance and full agreement to all terms of this Policy.
Customers must provide accurate and lawful information when requested. Customers shall bear full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the provision of false, inaccurate, or unlawful information, including service interruptions, inability to deliver the Services, disputes, or any form of damages.
Customers shall not use software, tools, or any other means to interfere with, distort, or disrupt the system, data, or features of the eFast Charge application.
Customers are prohibited from distributing or transmitting any content through DBGEV’s platform that violates applicable laws or contravenes social ethics.
Any violations shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
